The Luxury is unmatched .
The Food is Very Bad.
the Staff is Very Professional .
House Keeping will go in your Room even if the DND is on !!

Oh my god, every penny spent was well worth it, from dining to massages to just romantic time by the beautiful pools. It was a breath-taking experience. I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!! I fell in love with Dubai and my fiance' all at the same time!

i like the every thing in the hotel the pools the clean beds the high quality goz feather billows the large bathroom the food is great and the high quality materials used in the building from the floor to the seiling

i want to go to Dubai,coz i want go to grand hyatt hotels!

grand hyatt hotel is clean,good,comfort,and the value is good! *_* ..........
but,dont forget to give me good value,and i will give u good tips!


and dont 4get 2 give me breakfast , lunch , and dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Grand Hyatt was "cold" and uninviting. We stayed several nights and both of us (husband and wife) became very sick from the food at the Christmas Dinner. No one cared. Was told that we could contact a Doctor for $250 ($300 at night).

English not easily understood by staff and we saw nothing there that would ever interest in going back.

We were there over Christmas and the following week.

Lived there for three months and not in a suite or apartment!! Absolutly fantastic. Huge, Beautiful, almost Vegas Style, Lobby area. Big rooms, great view-(Creek side overlooks the pool and Dubai Creek). Great pool and first-class spa for men and women. Manhattan Restaurant is best Steakhouse in Dubai.

Only downside is the service is too ...

An excellence hotel with a high Quality of service and an excellence food and Restaurant selection one of the best F&B in Midle East region.

I have been to Dubai when I was in the Navy about three times. That place is off the chains!! The Grand Hyatt has a full service spa, ice skating rink and plenty of shopping to go around!! If you ever get a chance to visit Dubai is the place to go because their culture is so rich and full of different people.
