THE PLACE WAS BASICLY DOWN THE STREET FROM THE STRIP, THE ROOM WERE BIG PLENTY OF ROOM, NICE BATHROOMS BIGGER THAN SOME BIG NAME HOTELS! WILL DEFENITLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

We visited Las Vegas at Christmas time. Location of Tuscany Suites is great, casino wonderful, restaurants fantastic, laundry facilities and gym areas great.

Had an event there and the Food and Beverage dept (especially) Director was sleezy! He tried to get over as much as possible. He was rude and the food was beneath bad. The rooms are roomy but that is about it. Imagine old Vegas with a touch of sleeze and give it the stinch of sewage and you have the Tuscany Hotel.

The hotel staff is very rude. Not helpfull at all. It took us 20 minutes to get a cab in Vegas of all places. Our room was whatever and the housekeeper did not clean even after we asked her to. There were pictures missing off the walls in our room and instead of replacing them, they left the nuts and bolts hanging out of the wall. I do not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

The property smells like sewage most of the time. The smell comes up from the drains on the property. The customer service is horrible.
