This place was horrible!! We arrived early (aka 3am flight from chicago) and understanably wanted to take a nap. After about 2 hours of sleep, all we could here was loud dance music BLASTING from the pool area. So loud even earplugs couldn't block it out! This continued ALL DAY LONG on the weekends from 9am til they close. Good luck ...
My husband and I stayed at the Monte Carlo from Oct. 8 – 12th 2009 for our 10th wedding anniversary. While the name “Monte Carlo” sounds elegant and classy our stay was by far nowhere near either. I don’t complain very often BUT when I take time off from work, spend time away from my children and spend money that we worked ...
It's a bit outdated, but the price is right, it's clean, and the location can't be beat. Last year I visited the casino on business, and my wife wanted to stay there. We stayed three days, and while I've stayed at better, for the price, you can't go wrong. Check in was quick and efficient. The clerk explained what we had and ...
We've stayed at the Monte Carlo 3 times over the past 5 years. The room is always clean and the casino is very nice. It isn't as big as some of the other casinos around there, but it's got a nice vibe. Their buffet is great for breakfast before we take off for the day.
My husband and I stayed here September 2009 and will NOT be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Vegas. Check-in took an unusual amount of time. I'm not sure what the problem was but we did receive coupons for having to wait an extended amount of time. When we got to our room, it was cramped, smelled like smoke (it was a non-smoking ...
This was my second trip to vegas and my first stay at Monte Carlo. I will book my next vegas trip at Monte Carlo the staff was helpful and it is an easy hotel to find your way around in. They kept the drinks flowing and slots were paying pretty good. the food court was very handy and I loved the Diablo food was excellent !
Overall the hotel is well run with a good group of employees who always made an effort to provide good service and treated us with respect. There are always going to be a few areas that are good/exceptional/or bad. First the room was clean and comfortable. We booked a king and when we tried to register early were told only a 2Q room was available ...

A BIT DISAPPOINTED!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/18/09
A bit disappointed with the pool atomosphere. They played music all day long and it was so loud. . . you couldn't enjoy reading, talking or even relaxing because the music was annoyingly loud. In parts of the eating areas as well. We spoke to the morning supervisor upon departing the hotel and she mentioned that they have been promoting this ...

The location was good, but everything else was terrible. First of all the swimming pool was small and you have to wake up at 8 a.m to go and stand in the line at the swimming pool till 9 because you wont do it, you wont have a chance to stay by the slimming pool. (there is not enough place for everyone.) and it was closed at 7 p.m.There is no ...

Will never stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/09
I would never recommend staying here for your trip to Las Vegas. The rooms were extremely outdated and we could hear every word spoken in the room next to us - even with the TV on! One of lamps didn't work, our window towards the strip was so dirty we could hardly see through it, and they only cleaned our room once during our 4 day visit. ...
