The Rustic Manor was not rustic at all - it was clean and quiet and had excellent staff and a very exceptional continental breakfast. We travel everywhere with our dog and they accommodate your pet. The best thing I enjoyed was the area behind the hotel where we ran our dog on a snowmobile trail for miles. LOVED it and PLAN to go back. Great location also in St. Germain.

Having stayed at the Rustic Manor in the mid-70's, we expected an older and musty smelling room in the original motel rooms. The room we were given was one door over from where we had stayed before. We were very pleasently surprised upon opening the door. The room was clean, fresh and updated.

We liked the location, (right on the snowmobile trail!) Easy to find and easily accessible. The lodge has a heated drive thru garage for those needing to fix or work on their sleds. The breakfast is phenomenal with french toast, make your own waffles, homemade cinnamon rolls, coffee, cold and hot cereal, bagels, toast, fruit cups, plus more!
