THE HOTEL GAVE OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE AFTER WE HAD RESERVED IT A WEEK PRIOR TO THE PEOPLE THAT WERE IN OUR ROOM...THEN THEY GAVED US ANOTHER ROOM AND REQUESTED TO GIVE IT TO US AT THE SAME RATE BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US MORE..WHY SHOULD WE PAY MORE IF IT WAS THERE MISTAKE OF GIVING OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE...AND TO TOP IT OFF THE ROOM ...

We travelled first time to Ruidoso and foudn this place next to gr8 restaruant Bobs and rooms are nice and clean with gr8 price.

Front Desk very quick and helpful for providing necessary information about town and guided us good.
