I have travel a lot.Me and my family stay in best hotels arownd the world.I would give to this hotel five stars.It is great location right in down town.It is safe,clean the servise was grate.

No way a 5 star hotel. Room service and restaurants awful. They nickle and dime you to death for everything. You need to keep signing up for internet service, the business center is a joke. They ignore privacy signs on your door and just come in so keep the door locked. Can't get breakfast other than room service or 29$ buffet which I would tell you to avoid at all costs. GO to the Marriot coutyard instead.
