Service was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay. Walk to Magnificent Mile shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a room facing State St., no sleep at all between the traffic and the people in the next room. Really disappointing since I had to run a marathon the next morning with no sleep.

We had planned to stay the entire weekend of the St. Patricks celebration but had to leave suddenly on saturday night because of a family emergency at home. The staff helped us check out immediately and had our car out front in 5 minutes. They were very thoughtful and helpful. We will stay at The Embassy Suite when ever we travel to Chicago.

I've been to Chicago three times, but only had the luxury of staying in this hotel my last time. It was wonderful. Awesome location, nice rooms. And we got a nice breakfast. I loved it and can't wait to go back!

This hotel is in the best location. The service is awesome! I have stayed here twice.. once with a bunch of friends on a baseball trip and the second time with my fiance to check out the city and a cubs game of course. Embassy Suites never dissapoints!

The pool is a bit tiny, but the food is great(buffet/order). Breakfast would comprise of a drink with bacon & eggs and other yummy treats.There is an all-that-you-can-drink area for adults only at no charge. The glass elevators offer a unique way to view the magnificient 11 floors of the hotel. Parking is easy. Just drive your vehicle into the garage and someone will come and do the rest for you. It's a great hotel. I highly recommend it!
