The hotel was very nice, great for kids, and the Italian restaurant was incredible. They had amazing pizza, great soup made from scratch, and the service was incredible. The rooms were nice, but nothing special. I just liked that we had a suite. The hot breakfast was a suprise. Our kids liked it, while I ate the oatmeal. We will go back.

It's a good hotel in a good location. Definitely a place to stay if you intend to do the tourist stuff. Everything is withing walking distance including steakhouses, bars and shops. There is a subway/el stop a block away that will get you either to Wrigley Field or the US Cellular. The hotel was a little pricey when we were there but it seems it's not like that all the time. Definitely recommend it if you can find a deal.

Service was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay. Walk to Magnificent Mile shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a room facing State St., no sleep at all between the traffic and the people in the next room. Really disappointing since I had to run a marathon the next morning with no sleep.

We had planned to stay the entire weekend of the St. Patricks celebration but had to leave suddenly on saturday night because of a family emergency at home. The staff helped us check out immediately and had our car out front in 5 minutes. They were very thoughtful and helpful. We will stay at The Embassy Suite when ever we travel to Chicago.
