They Don't DispointThis hotel was great cannot say enough. From the moment you drive through the iron gate your in service bliss. They greet you and take you to the guest registration area. Excellent HotelThis is a great hotel. I've stayed several times and the staff is very friendly. You can arrange for an in-room masseuse at the end of a stressful day. If you are traveling for business near the convention site, this is the best hotel around.OVERALLServiceCleanlinessLocationValue

Excellent hotelThe hotel is very nice, very pleasant and tasteful interior, reasonably big rooms, friendly staff, good food. High speed Interent connection in rooms. Would recommend highly. Great hotel for the Leisure TravellerLoved the staff, the food, the ambience. Incredible service and had wonderful food in the Bella Rusa. However, you must speak French or Japanese to eat there. We had a great game of charades trying to figure out the menu.
The rooms while small (it's Japan after all) were very comfortable.

Westerner FriendlyA first class hotel! Marble everywhere, super comfortable bed with goose down duvet, large tub and shower, mini-bar, almost all the comforts of home!
The staff is very friendly and speak english well. The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but still, the food was very good.
Close to the offices in Chiba, and there's a mall within a 5 minute's walk.
