Let me say this was our first trip to Chicago, just 2 of us.Upon Arrival we were informed they upgraded are room, wow if this was an upgrade I hate to see the other. Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, awesome view from our room, friendly staff...what else can I ask for?!

The housekeeping ladies start quite late, most days hitting our room around 2-3pm.
She didn't leave any shampoo/conditioner/soap after the first day.

They have Internet access, but it is $11.95 per day. I felt that was outrageous, for the cost of the hotel nightly charge Internet should be included in that price.

Our original room was on the 17th floor and we found the walls and door to be paper thin! It was a Friday night and it seemed like we happened to be there with many parties going on (of course it was our anniversary weekend...) Nobody seemed to be excessively loud, yet we could hear every word said and door closed or opened.

The Sheraton located on North water in Chicago boast as a family hotel however when my children were just being kids the security threatened to ask us to leave. Also before check out the manager informed me that I would have to pay a higher rate for the night we spent there just because the kids (7,8,9) were being too noisy for the gest in the room across the hall. I would not recommend this hotel to any family

We stayed at the Sheraton for our anniversary and had a great time. Enjoyed the bar located in the hotel. Great location . . . steps from the Magnificant Mile as well as Navy Pier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little cramped. Could barely clear the toliet when opening and closing the door. Overall was a great place and would definitely go back.

This hotel service is totally good. Furthermore, we can go there by any transportation from airport. Approximatly, 4.5miles from airport and we can use train, taxi and public bus. Also, there are run shuttle which service of this hotel!!!!

Good size room for a downtown hotel. GREAT swimming pool, and exercise facility. Shula's Rocks! Superb view. Just a block away from killer shopping on Mag Mile.
