My partner and I stayed at this Sheraton a couple of weeks ago. We were surprised when the front desk staff upgraded us to a lakeside view. Needless to say, the view was lovely, as was the room. The bed was fabulous; definitely a step above my own bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Proximity to Navy Piers and outstanding service. The complimentary lounge has the best waitress in the world. The bed is the most comfortable in the world.

Nice clean hotel. We really had no compaints and enjoyed our stay in Chicago the hotel was walking distance to Navy Pier which was nice.

I made a reservation by phone about a half an hour before arrival. I had to use central reserv instead of the front desk, b/c the front desk did not pick up the phone. I was told that my cc would be charged, and I was good to go. I show up & the hotel does not have my resrv, tells me I must have made a mistake, and I should go somewhere else. ...

Have stayed at this property several times for business. Staff are reasonably accommodating, even the standard rooms are well decorated but a bit on the small side. Conference facilities are good. Nice pool.

overpriced & my car was dented in the underground parking by the valet & I had to fight about it to even get them to give my parking money back!

I disliked the fact that the floor we were on was being renovated at the time of our arrival and ammenities such as the ice machine on the floor did not work. We did love the location though, close to everything especially Magianno's.

What can I tell you about this place? It was totally AWESOME! The room was great with a wonderful view of the rive, lake and Field Musuem. I took my husband here as a graduation gift and we had a wonderful time. Everyone was so helpful and the food was excellent. The bed, was heavenly. I only wish I had a bed like this at home!
