Front desk staff was outstanding. Gave me a choice of a river or city view room on a higher floor like I requested. Took the river view room on the 29th floor! The view was wonderful! Hotel is close to everything. Eateries in the hotel are a lkifesaver. The Burger Place was sort of expensive, but really good food. Lobby is big and LOVE the chairs. Would be 5 stars, but the bathroom should be updated and the toilet seat was scuffed and stained.

We loved it here they had a very good service but the pool was not as good the rooms were comfortable and roomy with great beds and comfortable sheets

We had an enjoyable weekend stay at the Sheraton. Very nice location, all staff were extremely professional and friendly. Room location and view was great. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We're from Chicago suburbs and enjoyed a weekend getaway, April, 2007. Our upgraded room overlooked Navy Pier, Lake Michigan, and the Chicago River. A building divided the view between Navy Pier and more of the Lake, but the view was still spectacular!

To start things off, this place wasnt as bad as you might think. For me the working class is made out to be poor and unsuitable for the hotel. The front door service is very rude to everyone that comes there way, the cab drivers, people walking, and most of all ME.

I love this hotel. They have beautiful view to lake Michigan. Location wise is very convenient to downtown. I had walked from this hotel to Museum of Contemporary Art and also to Michigan Ave. They have swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar and cafe.
