My wife and I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana each of the five times we've gone to Cozumel. We plan on going again in October this year, then taking our children and their families in May 2009. We have always done the all-inclusive, and stayed five nights each visit. The food is very good at the restaurant by the ocean, and the Mirimar ...

Stayed May 3rd thru 10th. 14 dives. Totally happy with our experince at this Fiesta Americana location. The onsite "Dive House" operation was top flite with our divemasters, captain, crew and supporting staff being friendly, fun, and very effecient. Breakfast, and lunch were consistenly above average. Awesome place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/08
Resort is awesome... Staff is very friendly. On-site dive operation isn't the best on the island, but as far as the actual resort goes, it's one of the very best. Food is great for all-inclusive. Stay in the cabanas in back!!!
We love this place, the staff is so kind, the food amazing, the air, the sun, the water, we found it very peaceful. The service was wonderful. We are so excited to return with our children (23,19,16,14) and share with them our favorite spot in the world !!

First Time was Great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/06/08
This was great first family trip for us, nice pools the weather was perfect for the 3rd week in april. I highly recommend this hotel, we met truely nice people from all over the world. Cant wait to go back
My two teenagers and I stayed 9 days July 31 -Aug 9, 2007,at FA and had a blast. I rented a car (ISIS) and did not go for the all-inclusive as I wanted to see the entire island and check things out. I think the food would have gotten boring for that long of stay. We really loved eating at Palmeros and especially Especias in town (3rd street). I ...

Perfect for divers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/22/07
My wife and I go to Cozumel just about once a year and always stay at Fiesta, our next trip is in two weeks. It is close enough to town for a quick trip for shopping or dinning in town, and yet much closer to the dive sites than the hotels in town... a nice compromise. The on-site dive operation is first class with a great dock, large and fast ...

If you aren't a diver, stay away!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/07
Pros: The hotel has a fairly good location, close to town. Also, the maid did come to clean the room like 3 times a day, however, that is not to say the room was really clean, just there were fresh towels and a well made bed. Also, I did not have any problems with the staff, they all seemed friendly. Cons: The room was so dirty my girlfriend ...
