Three couples, over 65 but in good health, booked this hotel directly online. Yes, there are 3 floors BUT what you don't know until you arrive is that it is 155 stone steps outside from the reception desk to the "hotel" THEN there are 3 flights of stairs--NO LIFT-- and no offer of porter or assistance.
