This hotel is a master piece ! Evarything was excelent & allso the location is perfect ! Vienna is an great hot spot for tourists & you have a lot to visit so you should stay more than one week there to discover the city beauty .

The Mercure's location to the West train station is excellent, the staff friendly, but a four star? Come on who is fooling who. This hotel no way attains an international standard of a four star rating. Worn carpet throughout the hotel, no ventilation system in the room, the hotel is HOT and many people smoke.

I stayed at this hotel during 2004 Christmas. I enjoyed the excellent service, by a friendly stuff and the quality and quondity of breakfast, especially on Christmaw morning. It is located very close to the metro station, but within walking distance of the city center.

I could not speak German and all the employees were more than willing to work with us and never treated my group poorly because we couldn't speak their language. This hotel was great. It was right next to the banhof(train station), so getting around the city was easy. The rooms were excellent, especially if you get rooms in the front cause then you have a great view of the city. It was a clean hotel and had its own underground parking. Overall a great hotel. I would definately use it again!

The service was friendly. They changed our room for one with a better view. The room was clean and good sized for a European hotel. The hotel has its' own parking garage, extra plus.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel sits across from the train station! there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. 4 star hotel for a great price! I will definitly use this hotel again.
