Towels were shredded and paper thin. No garbage can in room, requested one that never arrived, maid service arrived at 8am with pounding on door. Requested a King and received double beds - tiny rooms. Not worth it - definitely the worst disney property

Wonderful Experience

This was our first Disney vacation, and from our first moment we believe we were in for a magical trip. Caribbean Beach staff traveled to Wal Mart for us the first night to buy lactose free milk for my 4 year old - at 11:30 pm, they knocked on our door with several half-gallons of it. They only charged us the exact amount of the milk itself - I ...
I was very apprehensive about staying here after I read some of the reviews, and we booked this trip over a year in advance, and read my share of mixed reviews. If you keep in mind that this is Disney's first resort destination, I think you will be pleasantly suprised. The grounds are impecable. Our room was very clean (and I work at a doctors ...

My family of 4 just got back from our wonderful Disney vacation at Caribbean Beach. We were very pleased with our resort. We felt like we really were in the Carribean. The only thing missing was the ocean. We even had our own sandy beach with shells & a playground for the kids along with hammocks for us! Our room was very clean & ...
I was hesitant picking one of the "cheaper" hotels onsite but I knew I did not want to stay outside of the park and I didn't have much more to spend. Wow! I am so glad I didn't spend more for something "nicer". This place was so much nicer than I expected. Excellent property, nicely arranged, with very pretty, clean ...

I traveled with my grandchildren and it was nice to be picked up at the airport, we got to check into our room by 9:30 a.m. and after getting up at 4 a.m. in the morning it was a refreshing end to our long morning. They fell in love with the beaches and being able to enjoy such a view. The best vacation ever and can't wait to do this again. ...

Will not use this Hotel again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/08
We had stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time however we were disappointed to find that our room was dirty when we arrived. The carpet was not clean. Dusty corners and just very dirty looking. Bedspread was stained. Tile was dirty and had like a film of dirt over it. Hair on bathroom floor. Full length Mirror was very dirty. It ...
We just got back two weeks ago. We spent six days. We were at the Trinadad North building. I would recommend this area of the resort or Jamaica(both close to everything). It was lovely. We had a day when we didn't do the parks and just stayed at the resort to relax and it was so nice. My kids (ages 10 and 14) loved the sandy beaches, heated ...

Not recommended...

I got stuck at this hotel when in Orlando for a business conference and would not recommend it. It was basically the same as the Coronado Springs Resort nearby which I would also not recommend. These are Motel 6 type rooms with a Disney facelift. For $150, there are better values outside of Disney that will be much nicer properties. Also, depending ...

My husband and I recently returned from Disney and the Caribbean Beach resort. It was way toooooo big and there was a lot of walking just within the resort. Bus stops were far and getting to the central area for breakfast was a hike, our calculation was about a little more than a quarter of a mile. We were in the Aruba village and finding the ...
