In my opinion, you get a lot for the money at this mid-priced Disney resort. It's way more convienent than staying elsewhere and renting a car--probably spend the same either way... My family has stayed at this resort for seven of our nine trips to Disney. The ambiance of this hotel suit our lifestyle perfectly - relaxing, yet convenient to exciting entertainment. Beautiful landscaping is the icing on the cake!

It was a truly a tropical paradise. I loved the colorful beachy atmosphere. This was a relaxing experience. The food court was delicious....not to mention the tropical design. It was remarkable and we seen fireworks over the water at nighttime....truly spectacular!!!! Loved it!!

This was the worst trip ever! There was gargage outside my room door, stains on the carpet, gargage in the drawers. The bathroom door mirror was dirty and there was what appeared to be blood on the bottom of the bathroom door. Was told there were no other rooms available. We had to beg for shampoo and soap. Bed sheets were never changed thru out stay. Avoid at all costs.

When we arrived, we found used straws in the bureau, dirty cups in the cup holder. (they dont wrap their cups.) carpet was dirty,ceiling fan noisey all night. Not at all clean.
