Apart from the fact the hotel is miles away from the city and is NOT an "easy 10 minute walk" to the nearest metro station, the staff are rude and unbelievably work shy. It is an inconvenience for them to end their conversations amongst themselves to offer the absolute minimum of service.

We stayed here as part of an escorted tour group the first week in July 2005. Since we were bussed everywhere the location was wonderful, we could see the Gulf of Finland from our large, clean room.
Staff was friendly. The elevators were roomy and worked like a well-oiled machine. Meals, specially breakfast, were tasty with lots to offer.
