The hotel is in a great location and the room was nice and clean. However, when we went to check out they claimed that we had made phone calls that, indeed, we had not made. We told them over and over that we had never touched the phone (and that we only used our mobile), however the desk clerk was quite curt and refused to remove the false charges.

This hotel is just perfect if you really want to experience Toledo. It is in the heart of old part of Toledo and it is very convenient to the Plaza Zocodover, Alcazar and the Cathedral. The roomwe had spacious clean and had a very good view of the Cathedral. The breakfast was also surprisingly very good.
