You read some of the reviews and it can be a bit overwhelming, but actually experiencing this hotel, that city, was just an amazing event in itself. My husband and I absolutly loved everything the Westin had to offer, everyone was friendly and the room lived up to our expectations. Some days we just wanted to live in that room, it was heavenly. We can't wait to go back one day, we'll continue to dream until that day comes.

I liked how the hotel was alwasy clean, and everyone was nice. The lobby was always there when you needed them and quite nice too.

IT WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL AND TOTALLY WORTH IT FOR SUCH AND AVERAGE PRICE. IT WAS RATHER LOVELY. the service was ok it was nice but it definitely was nto as good as the service at the hilton but all in all the service was good but could have been better, the hotel was lovely and pretty well managed.

Overall, the accommodations, service, rooms, and details were outstanding. However, the location is uphill from all the sights, and it became really difficult to have to walk our way back up to the hotel after a full day of walking and sightseeing.

Very nice compromise of old word Italy and American comfort. Service was great, location was OK, it was at the north end of everything and up hill. We walked down to see everything we wanted to see and got a cab back. We spent a week in rome at the Westin and enjoyed it. I feel that is was overpriced tho. I've stayed in nicer holels for less money. The concierge was the best.
