    lovely old fashioned mansion!
    deffently go there again.Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay and we felt like royalty.Only problem was we wanted bit closer to the centre but it was stil a beautiful place,Staff were very friendly!

    What a great view and unique spot. The service is fantastic and food is wonderful. We loved it! We will go back to Salzburg - we didn't get to see enough! The new owners of the hotel seem especially interested in bringing the best possible of everything to their guests. Can't wait to see what they do next!

    Superb location for festival (walking distance and lift)
    exteamly friendly staff and lots of charme.
    You feel as if you own the place.

  • Our new favorite European Getaway

    Service was incredible. We were made to feel as though this was our own private residence. It is located a short picturesque walk (approx. 1/2 mile) from old downtown Salzburg, and within stumbling distance (approx. 200 yards) from the best Beer in the world, St. Augustines beer hall.

    My husband and I honeymooned at this property for 4nts. Our suite was beautiful and our daily breakfast was fit for a king...and queen. The staff were professional and the property was secluded but close enough to walk into the town center. We look forward to returning for our anniversary. I would highly recomend this property!

  • Beautiful Hotel, Quiet, Location wonderful

    We did not stay in the main hotel, we stayed in a suite away from the main hotel and it was lovely. Breakfast brought to our room each morning. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be so near. An elevator inside the hill takes visitors down to the main OLD TOWN of Salzburg.
    Have been back twice and can't wait to go again. Took Sound of Music Tour and Hitler's Hideway --both fabulous.
