We loved that Sherry Haskin, assistant to the GM, went out of her way to make certain our accommodations were superb. We were delighted to find that for $25, we could bring our 50# collie/mix because our dog sitter cancelled at the very last moment. Everyone from the bellmen to the front desk to the waiters actually seemed to love their jobs and it was reflected in the service. We will always stay there when we travel to Austin.
