When we got there after our 2 hour ride we had to wait to get in our room even after i made reservations and told them we would be early. When we finally got our room we went in to find that it was someone elses room. The peoples ...

Loved the spa!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/07
This spa was fantastic. From start to finish everyone was incredibly friendly. The services both my husband and I had were amazing (scrubs and massages) and we loved the lunch in the Oasis. We would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

Miserable Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/01/07
For a 4 star Hotel the staff was unlikable, not helpful and all seemed miserable. Most of the spa technicians were good, which made up for the general feeling that everyone there pretty much hated their job. The place was beautiful and pristine. If you can overlook grumpy personalities while paying top dollar for their services, then you'll love the place.

A beautiful place for romance, great food and the spa is wonderful. If you like chocolate wow this is the place for you. I especially liked the walk in the woods and playing shuffleboard. The circular dining room is lovely.

Spa is Amazing!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/06/06
I did not stay at the Hotel Hershey, however I made a point while in the area to treat myself to a few Spa treatments. I have been to many spas from Arizona, New York and several in the Caribbean. This spa was amazing. The treatments were first-class and the technicians were well trained. However, my favorite part of the experience were ...

YOU CAN SAY THE PLACE IS OVERPRICED, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND IT IS WELL WORTH IT! I'VE STAYED WITH MY FAMILY AND INITIALLY I THOUGHT THIS PLACE ...

Hershey Sweet Reward
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/27/06
We just got back from a destination wedding at the Hotel Hershey. The entire experience was wonderful. The bridal party stayed the entire weekend with the ladies having spa treatments and the men playing golf leading up to the rehearsal dinner. The staff is great and I mean the entire staff. I wandered to find the hall where the reception would ...
