I've stayed here (I am at the Plaza Inn right now) many times as it is close to where I work when I come to NM.

Breakfast used to be really good, but this time it was initially horrible, then they switched to using JB's (the attached diner) for breakfast.

We only attempted to stay here. The room was not clean. The bed was full of hair. The sheets were not even clean. Terrible odor in hall way. We demanded our money back and went and stayed somewhere else. The staff was rude and we would never recomend this hotel. If you do book on hotwire don't stay in downtown area to avoid this hotel.

This place was dirty, dark and stinky! Only one small bed, the door on the entertainment center fell off when we opened it, would NOT want to take your shoes off because the carpet was disgustingly dirty. Very very bad place - we left immediately! "Warning" - Do not ever stay here.

great shuttle service, helpful staff, nice pool with two hot tubs. everything worked. it's clearly not a new hotel and that shows in spots, but it was safe, comfortable, and compared to the upscale hotel just across the freeway, a great value.
