Rooms for handicapped in one tower helped me a lot and was appreciated. Thanks folks.

We stayed at the Galt House only hotel river front, room was very spacious, down town, walking distance 4th Street which was lots of fun, some kind of music for everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. My only complaint is that I found a bracelet and turned it into security. During a meeting I attended, the owner of the bracelet announced that they had lost it. When I tried to help this person find the bracelet that I gave to security, it was no were to be found.
My thing is that it belonged to a child ...

They messed up my reservations. I checked in at 4pm and they had given my room away. I had to choose between a king size smoking or queen size non smoking, not the king size non smoking I had reserved. When I made reservations I was told I could swap out the champane for wine, then they would not do it when I got there. The nice free breakfast ...

My group contact picked this hotel due to the low price. We payed $69.00 per night plus tax. Remember, you get what you pay for. The front desk told me they had just been renovated, but they still have old "comforters" on the beds. You can't even make reservations through their website. It was close to the Ali Center and the convention center, but my next visit to Louisville I might try the Hyatt or Marriott.

Our stay was great the service the cleanliness,the food, was wonderful,and it is close to everything. The rooms are a great size and clean. The lounge was wonderful and beautiful. Their is a wonderful view of the river from the gym on the top floor. Everything was great we plan on being back in january.

The Galt House is the dirtiest and most foulest place I have ever been. My husband and I were there for a banquet and we were walking around to the back kitchens and seen that the servers that were serving us were dipping the pitchers into garbage cans with their hands in them to serve us our tea and Our water. then we had found a rat in the room ...

The Sunday Brunch buffet @ the Flagship just can't be beaten. You can get anything your heart (& stomach) desires! The servers are very friendly, will bring your drinks to your table & keep them filled. You can get any kind of omelet of waffle you want! The price is just right for what you get!

I go two or three times a year for Sunday brunch. The food,view,service is the best value in Kentucky.Over many years,I have NOTHING negative to say about this hotel.
