road with hotel back leading to a
long beautiful pool and the beach.

service at poolside and beach includes
windbreaks and food and beverage service.

Concierge service was very good.

On the downside,

My husband and I just got back from a great trip to south beach. We stayed at the National hotel. The staff was very courteous and polite. Great location, nice people and DVD player etc are in rooms which is a nice touch. We love to get out and run and swim so the long pool was great for the swim part. It rained one day, so we had to use the onsite gym which was mediocre. But the good thing is that you can pay and use the Delano's gym next door which has a lot more.
