Me and my boyfriend satyed here for 5 days and spent allot of money and had a few stolen items taken. When I called them when I got home and comfronted them with it they didnt seem to care and never got back to me. I am 100% sure one of the maids had taken a few things. I am very upset and its not replacable and they never have returned my calls.

I had made a reservation for my fiancee at the Aquaterra Spa for a 5pm appointment, but was running late due to traffic heading to the hotel from LA. I called in at 4:30pm to postpone the appointment and was greeted by a very nice lady on the phone and who gave us till 6pm to arrive. The lady was easy-going ...

After a dismal stay at the Del, the Surf and Sand was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we checked in the staff couldn't have been more friendly and professional. We had a really nice one bedroom suite. A short hop down the stairs to the pool and beach.

the hotel was fabulas and we cant wait to go back they are very helpful in the hotel. the rooms are very clean and the room service is execelent.

We can't say enough positive things about this resort. We stayed for one night as a getaway from LA. We were automatically upgraded to an ocean view room on arrival and a complimentary bottle of champagne was brought up with our luggage. The view of the ocean from our room is the best we've had in California... It reminded us of Maui. ...

I liked hearing the waves crashing while I was in my room. Great view from the room, The hotel was close to galleries and shops. Restaurants and shops were up scale and expensive

This is one of the best places we have stayed at in Laguna. I would recommend it highly! The service was the best ever! I give it a 10 stars if I could.

This hotel is amazing. The service is exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, hospitable and many went above and beyond. The only not so incredible part was the food at Splashes. In the course of a couple of years the food has gone downhill. The service, of course, is great and the view is incredibly spectacular!
