never go anywhere else

The rooms are nice and the view is great, but this hotel is overpriced, and the service is terrible. My weekend there was very disappointing, and I will not return.

Service was great. The bellman and the man at the Front Desk were charming, cute, and professional. The rooms had an awesome view. After two glasses of champagne you feel like your room is almost floating over the water. The flowers in the water filled vase in the lobby were a great touch. I took photos all over that hotel which I will always treasure. I walked in with no reservation and my friend and I got a great deal on a room.

I had a great stay at the Surf and Sand Resort. The guest service staff was awesome, especially Omar and Dany.

The restaurants around the areas, that were recommended to me were awesome, and the rooms all looked cozy yet modern.

I love this place because it has amazing view, the location is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Only issues are no air conditioning and a little pricey at times. I recommend walking in on midweek days or sunday evenings that are not near a holiday, because usually the walk-in-rate is much cheaper. I would definetly recommend the ...

Get a room with a jacuzzi, and try to get a corner room. The staff is great, and most times on top of it.
Will go there again!
Oh and the spa! YUMMY! worth the time!

I have been many times and haven't had a bad time yet. Every part of this resort is beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable. Love the spa, Spashes resturant, and nothing compares to the views! Just the Best!

i loved this place it is the best place to stay you can do alot of stuff here u can go shopping to the spa or just out to eat it is awsome i am coming here again evertime i come to laguna beach i know that i want to have my wedding here i cant wait!!!!!!! I LUV IT HERE IT IS WHERE I BELONG!!!!

Laguna Beach is very nice--and this spot is a nice place from which to take it in. Top floor of the hotel has great views, directly over the crashing surf.
