I booked my son and his friend there and I was so happy with the kind treatment the boys got from manager, Robert Turner, and his staff. They were allowed to check in earlier which was so nice since the temp was a sweltering 106 degrees. I ordered cookies delivered and they arrived fresh and delicious (only $10!). Room, pool, facilities, etc. very clean. Highly recommended.

Have stayed there twice- only option if you MUST stay very locally. Stay out of SB and commute in. Recommend lower floor rooms if you like your hot water to arrive after 5-8 minute wait, LONG wait on hot water for higher floors. Room was always clean. I had a fresh towel no matter where I was (room, pool, and fitness center). Everyone was very helpful and polite. Room service was excellent. The beautiful view of the mountains was a major plus! Nearby resturants were also excellent.
