Not a very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and all, but the staff was not friendly and professional. Clean hotel and nice amenities...fair breakfast. The staff lets it all down though. The hotel is slightly pricy. There are other comfort suites in the Chicago area valued better.

Everything else was good until I found out that Hairdryer was not working. I called front desk and the response was they will check the fuse. After checking the fuse, it still did not work and I did not get to use the hairdryer on the coldest/snowy day in Chicago.
