This is the worst 5* hotel we have ever visited - service was appalling - lowlights were tracking down cutlery, napkins and glasses ourselves for breakfast, not being allowed 2 towels each by pool, terrible food & service for lunch. One of the best holidays I have ever had! What a lovely hotel and great staff, everything was so clean and in order!! hotel food was fab and so was the wine lol. Everyone we spoke to in this hotel was having a great time and a group of us are going back next month!!!

Staff couldnt be more helpfull. Hotel was spotless rooms were cleaned everyday and clean towels. Flowers in main reception and resturants were fresh and magnificent.

Only when tipped generously staff was helpful and friendly. Mostly french spoken, little english, just single german speaking person - an when problems came up: just arabic was spoken. Meals wer setz up buffet-style, lots of veggies, great breakfast. Attention: no balcony or terasse, rooms mostly have only windows overlooking the pool.
