Service was terrible. These folks need to learn customer service skills! I asked to borrow a hair dryer for the early morning, and they wouldn't give it to me that evening. The next day I called the front desk at 6:30 a.m. (a reasonable time for a traveler!) and a rude voice said "call at 7:30! and hung up on me.
