i wouldn't stay here again

the staff was liars. the door wouldn't close. could hear people running and stopping across the floor and above all night long. you could hear planes right over near the airport fly ing overhead. i wouldn't stay here again.

Stay here July 7th and 8th, 2007. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, next to a golf course. Quiet and clean. I found the staff tried to be helpful but perhaps limited by a language barrier?
They upgraded us to a 2 room suite at no extra charge!
If you book online the rates are very reasonable for Chicago.
If there was one drawback it ...

i stayed here during october of 2005 and the front desk lady, katie, was terrible. she was so rude to the customers who needed help and she was arguing with a front desk clerk about her clothes. the girl looked fine in what she was wearing. needless to say that girl quit. she was a sweet girl too. the front desk lady named lupe wasnt very helpful. ...

the staff and ammenities were just fantastic! i loved everything about it. from the welcoming fireplace to the large and beautiful rooms. everything was wonderful! the shuttle was also prompt and professional. robert was a treat to have as a driver! the front desk staff the morning of dec. 17 was great, she was very heplful and kind. thank you country inn!!
