Clean, clean room and great service. Quiet. Comfy bed, sheets and pillows. Well-priced. Free parking and free breakfast. Walking distance to great San Antonio sights.I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They are a bit a way from the river walk and the attractions but they do offer a shuttle to take you to them all (every half hour).

THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME! THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE AWESOME. IF YOU VISIT SAN ANTONIO YOU MUST STAY UP LATE AND MEET HE 2 NIGHT AUDITORS AND THE EVENING SHIFT! JASON, RAQUEL AND NICKI ARE THE SWEETEST PEOPLE. THE MANAGERS ALWAYS SEEMED BUSY AND O TOP OF THINGS, THE HOUSEKEEPERS WERE SO NICE. THE MORNING SHUTTLE DRIVERS WERE NICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! I JUST FLAT OUT LOVED IT AND WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

We loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Commerce in San Antonio Texas! They were great to us the entire time. The staff was so helpful! They went out of their way to assist with my flower deliver, the carriage ride and of course the honeymoon suite.....we enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon and the Holiday Inn Express had a great deal to do with that.

Nice, compact rooms with a friendly and helpful staff...just don't stray outside at night! The parking lot is small and tight (I couldn't find a space on a Saturday night), but there is a great continental breakfast. One complaint: whatever architect put in one elevator for a multi-story building should be forced to wait in the long elevator lines winding down the halls!

We stayed in one of the suites but the neglected to tell us it was a handicapped room which meant the shower wasn't all it could have been. Great service and very helpful staff. Yes the pool was small but who cares, it helped you cool off.

Any problems were taken care of immediately and appologized all the time.

This hotel says it is the "Rivercenter area" however you are at least 6 blocks away from the Riverwalk on the other side of the interstate (which you walk under) in what appears to be a very rough and destitute neighborhood.
