We checked into the Embassy for our 10th anniversary and booked an unbelievable jacuzzi and fireplace suite which overlooked Niagara Falls. The hotel staff was extremely helpful when i requested a romantic restuarant for our anniversary dinner.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls Fallsview location over New Year's and was entirely impressed. We stayed, got married and had our reception at the Embassy Suites. The whole holiday was magical. WE found all the staff from housekeeping to front desk, efficient and warm. In particular Pam-who helped plan our wedding. She was impeccable, thorough, committed adn a delight to work with. The foos was lovely, the decor beautiful and the attention to detail was superb. What an amzing hotel - we hope to return for our 10 year anniversay!

We've just returned to Vancouver having had the most delightful Niagara Falls experience. The Embassy is the most accomplished customer service staff who brings a homey feeling to their guests. The hotel is charming and impeccable. Breakfast are delicious; beds comfy; the view amazing and the hospitality beyond compare!
