What a fantastic room we had. Fantastic view of the falls it was spectacular. There were 6 of us in the room which was ample space. We had a shoe shining machine, jacuzzi and wall to floor windows overlooking the falls.
The hotel staff could'nt have been any nicer. We did'nt have long to wait on the lifts and the valet parking staff where brillant. Can't wait to come back to Canada to visit.

I booked the Whirlpool Falls View of the hotel and thought I could see both the American Fall and the Canadian Fall from the room. However, I couldn't. I could see only the Canadian Falls from the room.

Another thing I disappointed is the cleanliness. A cup of juice which the former person seemed to leave was left in the refrigerator in the room. Others are excellent.
