Hotel is a bit pricey, especially parking. But there is a complimentary breakfast buffet and shuttle which might cover the expensive price tag. I was annoyed that when we checked-in we were not told of the free shuttle service. We only found out about the shuttle when we booked our wine tour with the concierge two days after checking in. Location is fantastic and service is great. Niagara Falls is a tourist trap so be aware of steep prices.

This place is the place to go. GREAT pool and awsome breakfast.The rooms are very spacey and clean.It was a awsome meal for breakfast with a view of the falls.I repeat great hotel.

The falls were awesome!!! The price of hotel miss leading. You have to pay for everything. Valet $20.00 per night plus tip. Everything you buy is twice as much as USA and taxes are high. It is worth the trip. Just expect to pay alot more money than is posted.

OUR CHECK IN TIME WAS 4 P.M, WE ARRAIVED AT 12 NOON AND THE FRONT DESK IMMEDIATELY CHECKED US IN WITH NO QUESTION ASK, STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, MY KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME IN KEG AT NIGHT WITH A GRAT VIEW THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC, SWIMMING POOL WAS WARM, I DOUBT VERY MUCH IF YOU CAN FIND A BETTER HOTEL IN NIAGARA FALL

This hotel is a money pit.You pay for parking $20.00 a day and wait an hour for your car. If you want a shuttle ride to the casino 1 block away (rain) 10 dollars a day per person.We checked out through our room , our bill was $143.00. We only stayed 1.We were billed for two days at $390.00 We were suppose to get a receipt by email, it never came. ...

The hotel is awesome..stayed here many times.
One of the best hotels on the horseshoe falls.
On feb 16th 2008 had free breakfast and spent the next 24 hours in the bathroom.
I was so sick that I could not move.
I will stay here again but beware of buffet food problems.

I loved staying at the Embassy suites i felt just like a princess even thoe it was my lat christmas with my nana istill had fun and i loved the pool and the service and the maids were very nice and funny i hope i can go again sometime soon!
