I loved the view. We stayed in a room with fallsview and whirlpool, and we're absolutely comfortable. The beds were very large and if we didn't have to leave the room, we could have stayed in bed all day.

The valet Service was horrible, and the breakfast was not that great. The view was spectacular! The room was very clean and romantic by night!

If you're considering Niagara Falls for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or honeymoon, you must stay at this hotel. I was very impressed with the view and service, the valet parking was cheerful and helpful, in sum a great vacation in all respects, the best choice is the jr. presidential suite, breathtaking views and a lot of space. better than the other major hotels in the area (I had been in at least 6 of them), wonderful people all along!!!

The view from the fallview suite is very good, the servers at the breadfast room were very nice & helpful. But the housekeeper is really not having enough training. She woke me up even I have arranged a late check-out. She just opened my room door without shouting "housekeeping" and even I have put the sign for "Do Not Disturt" when I was in the bathroom with the door opened.

Just returned home from a long weekend at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls.
