Clean rooms, decent, free, breakfasts and moderate rates- how can you go wrong? As some other reviewers have noted, the front desk staff aren't trained as well as they should be, so be careful you get the room rate you need. Overall a good place for the price. Yeah, you can go to downtown Dallas for a room, but you'll pay much more and won't be as conveniently located.

NOT WHAT IT WAS

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened several years ago and recently went back. I was so disappointed. The hotel is not as clean and had a funny smell to it. Where's the Febreeze? I will not be returning.

I stayed at this hotel for business.
Let me tell you. Do yourself a favor and stay in Dallas.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The service is horrible. The Food is Bad. The front desk clerks are incompetent. they always try to overcharge.
Stay in Dallas. This hotel is a complete dump.

Wonderful Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/31/06
This property is almost like new, granted the hotel is right off of the highway but you can't hear anything in the rooms. The restaurants down the road are very convient. The FREE breakfast bar is excellent and those cinnamon rolls are out of this world GOOD! The front desk people are the best I have seen anywhere. Way to go!

Top Notch!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/22/05
I have stayed at the hotel several times on business. The staff is excellent and the service is great. The hotel is newly built and provides a free business center, free internet access throughout the hotel (wireless and internet ports), indoor jacuzzi pool, ample meeting facilities, and a wonderful continental breakfast. Why pay an extra $30-$40 elsewhere for the same amenities? Now I see what they mean by "Stay Smart."
