  • Timeshare lure
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/23/09
"If you think it's too good to be true...it probably is" was probably written about this deal. I was told I was eligible because I was married, but NOT told that my spouse HAD to be present for the brief presentation until someone called to reconfirm my reservation. Now I have plane tickets booked for my cousin and me, and they have ...

the hilton is a great hotel. it has NO casino. instead, it has a beautiful gym & a cozy & comfortable lounge. the lounge has many forms of entertainment (table tennis, pool, HUGE flat screen t.v, foosball...) the rooms are very clean, as well as the bathrooms. fun pool. service isnt even needed because we have everything we need. the location is far enough to avoid the business of the strip, yet close enough to join it. GREAT HOTEL.

  • The HGVC Las Vegas Strip is worth it!
    By mmsarm, 03/27/09
I must preface by saying, I too am an owner of this particular location. And after recently upgrading our ownership, I believe it is worth it! I have younger kids (almost preteen) & the environment is just what we were looking for when visiting LV. No need to drag them through a smoky casino just to get to the room. The rooms are spacious, ...

  • Timeshare Lure to Las Vegas a Joke
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/30/08
I agree with what several other people wrote. I was at home, minding my own business, and I received a call about this timeshare presentation because I am a Hilton Honor Member. I told them that I was not interested, but the person on the phone assured me that I would not be pressured. In fact, she said, "We would not want to lose your ...

  • Wonderful stay
    By AmeliaL, 06/04/08
Beautiful rooms and wonderful pool! We will definitely be back, all the way from Philly. Loved the free internet in the rooms, didn't love the cost to print boarding passes in the business center. Would have been nice to have housekeeping stop in and tidy up over the course of our 5 night stay, but since it was a grand vacations stay in a villa suite we understood that we could easily do laundry ourselves. Otherwise, loved the property.

  • Pros and Cons for LV Hilton on the Strip
    By James, 03/06/08
I have been going to Vegas (way to much) for over 15 years now and I have stayed just about anywhere on the strip. With that said you have the south end and the north end. The LV Hilton is on the north end, very north end. For gaming action (this property does not have a casino) your closest bet is Circus Circus 10 minutes away (yuck, needs to ...

  • Depends on What You Want
    By A Yahoo! User, 11/29/07
No casino. I liked that fact. Some people like to stay in a hotel with an in-house casino.

It is out of the way. Maybe a 15 minute walk south of the Stratosphere, 5 minute walk North of Circus Circus.

Lots of construction going on in the area.

Towers at the South Side of the hotel block the sun at the pool for exactly one hour.

    Nice ...

  • Had a great time
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/07/07
I went in august for my 30th birthday and we had a great time, it was a very nice hotel, and very clean. Only problem is that if you are going for the night life, its pretty far away from the other big hotels, But once the construction is done on all the other new hotels, it will be perfect!

  • Inconvenience at best
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/07
    Fancy, absolutely beautiful structure!

I did not like the fact that there were no free services. I used the internet twice for approx. 10-12 minutes each time - $22.00 (@ - 70 cents per minute). There was no coffee bar - like most hotels have complimentary coffee all day. There were no restaurants in the immediate area. There were no luncheons ...
