I was charged for a night I did not stay. I called and complained and was treated horrible by Nancy Hunter, the General Manager. I had to go to my bank and make sure they do not run my credit card again and get my money back through the bank as an unauthorized debit. People be Aware Nancy Hunter and Comfort Suites are thieves.
I have stayed here several times and, for a handicapped elderly person, it is very nice. Especially the pillows and beds - I would like to know what brand of pillows they use. Eileen Adams
Little pricey, but overall not a bad experience. Stayed on July 6, 2007 with no reservation. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had waffles (make your own) and biscuits and gravy, in addition to the normal continental offerings. The shower had very low water pressure. The hotel was clean and everything was in working order. Not the friendliest staff, but they were not rude.
We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to our destination. On our whole trip, this was the BEST hotel we stayed in! The room was huge, it would work great for large families.
