Room was OK. Shower was weak, but bed was comfy. NO COFFEE in room or in Lobby ... 150 yard walk to get a $3 cup of coffee. Restaurants were all good.

As a local, I have been coming to The Cannery for over 5 years. Last Friday I experienced the worst customer service, period. The cashiers cage was 30 deep with people standing around in back and 4 windows closed. I understand the smaller cashier cage will be closed for good. The handicap line at the buffet was terrible. The rooms are clean, the beds are some of the best. It is not expensive, I have gotten great deals. You can get internet from Starbucks so you don't need to pay for it at the hotel. The food is what you would expect some times good some times average. Never had a bad meal there. The gaming is a crap shoot. Have a great time.

I haven't stayed here yet but I will this weekend for a college softball tournament. Some comments are good and some not so good so I’m taking my chances. All I’m asking for is cleanliness! So I hope I’m not disappointed. I will write back after my stay.

This was the cleanist casino in all of Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. The employees are very nice. Like Jerry Hoeae, Rick, Rico. Will definately return.

Several people from my unit stayed here for a week and it was not at all what we expected. The location was too far from the strip. Instead of just walking outside and down the street, we had to get into a vehicle and drive 20 minutes before arriving downtown, then had to deal with the Vegas traffic. Also, the cleanliness was not the best I have seen. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet which was decent but a fair price.

Casino was spotless and tables were easy. Very close to the dragsrip. Loved it! Some dealers were not pleasant but all in all most were very nice and smiled a lot. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for one night to attend a concert. The concert was great and the room was nice and clean, but it was so noisy that we hardly slept at all. The doors are very thin, so every time a noisy drunk person walked down the hall (which was often, of course) it sounded like they were in the room with us - I felt like I was at a slumber party. ...

We like the Cannery because it's just enough out of the way that is is never crowded. I've been there a lot and I've never seen the place needing cleaning. We love the buffet and they put on some of the best shows in Las Vegas. We always enjoy the end of summer bash.
