Your average hotel. Nothing at all special about it. I left some items in my room by accident and when I finally reached someone who could help, all of the items were nowhere to be found except one - and they made me pay for the shipping even though the housekeeper allegedly took all but the one item.

There is also a quirky lady who talks a lot about odd things to customers. Avoid her if you can.

We have stayed here numerous times and never had a negative experience. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. It is located conveniently to the U of A campus. We would recommend it to anyone.

The corridors reek of tobacco, the walls are paper thin and service is mediocre. If I had a choice of staying here or sleeping in my car , I would sleep in my car. Avoid this place like the plague
