The convenient location to the mall of america was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Compared to various hotels in the proximity, this one most affordably priced and had as many amenities available as the other hotels.

The staff was unfriendly at check in, pool and whirlpool were of no use (we tried once in the afternoon and once at 10PM). The group of people that were in pool area were so loud and obnoxious we ended up leaving as did other couples. Pool area was a disaster - towels, pop cans etc. left for someone else to pick up. What was meant as a pleasant weekend for two couples ended up a waste of money.

They always accomodate me if I check in early. Plus they have FREE Hi-Speed Wireless Internet, & even provide people Free with a mobile apparatus if they do not have a wireless card.

The reservation/stay was actually for my mother, who is 88 years old. I was there enough to observe that the staff really went out of their way to be kind, helpful, friendly and courteous to her. She really enjoyed her stay, and I enjoyed all of the interaction that I had with various members of the hotel staff. The location is extremely convenient to both the Mall of America and the airport, with free shuttle service to both.

The maid service was better than any hotel I have stayed at. The movies selection was not that good.
