great hotel,people and valuethe hotel was just unbelivably clean well designed to accomodate your every possible desire (even the hardened traveller!).
the staff have got to be amongst some of the best that i have seen on my travels and found it difficult to say 'no' to any of my requests.

AwesomeI went to Cancun in October of 05. It was the best experience I have had. The hotel was AWESOME!!!! The people were wonderful and very helpful. The restruant workers and bartenders are fast. Gran Costa Real was the greatest. We are coming back in October and we are staying at the Gran Costa Real. This is going to be our spot. Thanks for making this trip memeroable.
