A bad hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/07
A mix between a snoby club and hotel. This place is made for clubber, show off and staff are more interested to feel in the fashion wawe than to take care of the guests. If you stay here it seems you disturb the staff, there are not here to provide you service, they are here to show how sexy they think they are. Rooms not confortable at all, not ...

Mexico has finnaly has a great hotel. Great Mexican modern desing. Great red colour The best bar of the city!!! The restaurant was full of beautifull people. We did a Temzcal at the Spa,this is a great Mexican ritual, greeeeaaat. The hotel was always bussy and the service always personal and profesional.
- excelent bed - room is very comfy and has all the amenities - great neighbourhood. I felt very safe to walk around - the hotel bar/restaurant attracts a lot of hip people - lacks any mexican atmosphere, other than the extremely nice staff
- youŽll feel hip and modern

Perfect Location!!, The best in the City
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/05/05
I spent 5 nigths at the Hotel and the Location for al my meetings was great, Mexicans do a lot of deals in the Polanco Area, very near from Masaryk the Madison Av. in Mexico. They can improve the service but beleive me they treat you as as their unique guest. AT NIGHT YOU HAVE VERY FUN LOCAL AND INTERESTING LOCAL PEOPLE AT THE BAR, GREAT TO MEET PEOPLE!!!
In Spain we like casual hotels and this is THE BEST IN THE CITY!!!
My friend and I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the evening. We were only going to be staying in the city for a couple of nights and decided to splurge on the hotel, and stayed in the beautiful neighboorhood of Chapultepec, Polanco. Upon entering we were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, glowing lights of various colors, an amazing bar, ...

We just spent last weekend (21-23 May) at the W Mexico City, very beautiful view from our room, nice decoration etc... but I didn't like the general atmosphere in the lobby, front desk, restaurant, etc...
At the checkin, they asked us to come back in one hour since the room was not ready yet, this was kind of disapointing.
Breakfast was ...

This place sucks!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/05
It's like a combination of a snobby nightclub and hotel. It looks cool but the service is like that of a nightclub. Everyone working there is gruff. Service is horrible. There's a great view from the bathroom but you could kill yourself slipping around in the bathtub shaped like a coffee cup with a hammock strung across the center. ...
