DON'T DO IT!I’ve stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and everytime it’s the same thing. They don’t have our reservations so they try and stick you with another room with a higher price. You may ask why I continued to stay if it was so bad? Well, there was this club called El Rodeo that we liked to go to but it’s totally changed ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Left after one night!First,they lost my reservation...twice, (so no quiet side above the park...got the street)but apparently found the original one, held with my husband's credit card, so they managed to charge us twice for one night despite repeated calls to correct. Great Hotel!The rooms were great.The buffet in the morning is 4 star.Very fresh! Caliente sportsbook in hotel.Nice bar downstairs with bingo slot machines.They have valet parking and several 24 hour security guards.If staying on saturday night get a room above the 3rd floor because they have live music on sunday mornings.The bartender named Francisco is really nice.He speaks perfect english.
