We recently spent several days at the Island Inn. The view from our balcony was incredible and the short distance to the ocean enabled us to hear the surf from our room at night which was awesome. However, there was loud partying outside of our front door until 5 am then early in the morning it was as noisy with loud children and families ...

the front desk when we arrived were very un friendly people. we had made our reservations 2 months prior to our arrival. the people working the desk were almost rude. housekeeping was very good. plenty of towels and friendly. we might go back if the people working the desk we nicer and more into serviceing you as a guest and not something unwanted .

Almost all the rooms are Ocean Front! It's wonderful to be able to lay down and have the doors open to your room and hear the beautiful Ocean Music. My family had a wonderful time. Both types of rooms are great. Have a visit, you'll never want to go anywhere else.

I just went there over Christmas break with family. It was awesome. The views were great, the pool was warm, the bar is right there and there are vollyball nets just waiting for some action. Went to Treasure Island the week of Thanksgiving. Stumble across the Island Inn - absolutely loved the place. The view of the gulf was beautiful especially during the sunsets. Clean, quiet, affordable. Beach front views. Would definately go back - matter of fact, we are going back next year. (God willing!)

The location is awesome. Bartender was very sweet and helpful, he gave us directions to where ever we wanted to go. Staff was always waiting and willing to help. I loved everything about this place.
