This hotel reaked of vomit and other putrid odors. They try to make this out to be a family resort, but no family in their right minds would stay here! Even families that are not in their right minds would not stay here. The Manson family wouldn't stay here! This hotel would be just too disgusting and dispicable for them!

If you like the stench of human feces, then this is the place for you! However, if like most people, you don't like the odor or the view of feces stuck to the toilet seat and rim, then avoid this catastrophe! There is no dirtier or more smelly hotel in the state of California.

This place smelled. The towels smelled, the room smelled, the staff smelled. It was really disgusting. I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. So I left anyway and stayed at a Motel 6 down the road. The Motel 6 was like a king's palace compared to the San Clemente Inn. This place should be condemed. It's like a skidrow flophouse - seriously. I can't believe this place has not been shutdown by the authorities. It reaks. The odor and the filth in the rooms is horrendous. Don't bother complaining because the management won't do anything about it. They're just happy they got your money. They know you won't be coming back anyway.
