I had made a reservation at this hotel. I has tried to cancel this reservation many times. When I would call, either no one would answer the phone, or they would pick-up and hang up without even saying hello.

When I was charged for one night, which I know is their policy, I called to speak to someone about this. They were rude, would not let me finish a sentence before they would interrupt. I will not stay there ever now.
