quality inn is the best hotel !!!!!!this was the best place i have stayed in galvestion , ocean across the street ,the room was great and comfortable beds , and you have a great breakfast ,waffles irons to make your own waffles,bagels,cakes,toast and boiled eggs ,orange juice,apple juice,coffee,milk and cereal, yogurt,help your self and if you want extra towells no questions asked .i ...1 of 1 Yahoo! If we stay any where it will Quality InnWe thought after the Hurrican things would be bad but to oure supprise things where nice and clean and the survice was the best we will definatley be back The employes where nice and helpfull all of the time and most curtious when ask a question as to where to go to see and do things Thank you Robert& Linda2 of 2 Yahoo! Loved this hotelI loved everything about this hotel. We had a room with a perfect view of the seawall. The desk clerks were very helpful. The breakfast was great! CARLO'S BROKE INTO OUR ROOM AFTER MIDNIGHTWe stayed in the Inn on the 31st. It was clean and the room was fine BUT AFTER MIDNIGHT A EMPLOYEE OF THE INN BROKE INTO OUR ROOM. It was scary. We will definately stay here next time!!!Our room was very clean and we lucked out and got a 4th floor corner room, therefore we had two windows (1 on 2 separate walls). One overlooked the seawall and the other, our balcony and the pool next door. Balcony was nice too. The a/c was very cool and we slept well. Reservation problemsI made a reservation for the night of the 26th of Jnuary '08 prior to taking a cruise the next day. The day after, I called to check on the reservation and to ask a question. Just averageWe liked the location of the hotel. We walked across the street to the beach. Although, the Seawall has A LOT of traffic in the afternoon and evening. The Mexican restaurant in the parking lot had great Margaritas...Monday was Margarita Madness which were CHEAP! And we could walk back to the hotel. Fajitas were not bad either. Great hotel for the priceWe would definitely go back to this hotel if in Galveston. Great location, accross from the fishing pier and beach. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor towards the front of the hotel and the view was great. We like the idea of a private balcony. Breakfast was very nice.
